Nimon 2 is a discrete private designer apartment in the Central eastern part of Kyoto. It has a special these to it which is Shoji walls in the bedroom and a modern clean design line in the rest of the apartment. This is a truly remarkable place to stay at! Located in the beautiful Higashiyama area, only a short walk or bus ride away from the most exciting sightseeing locations in Kyoto, Ginkakuji, Yasaka Shrine, The Imperial Gardens, Shimogamo Shrine, Kiyomizu Temple, and many more. The contrast of the old town and traditional construction style of the surrounding area is a beautiful unbalance to the decor of this fun apartment. It is obviously not a Machiya however we think it is definitely  a special experience for anyone so we recommend it along side our other homes.
